Charles Ekuerhare was saved and born into the family of the Almighty God in 1988. He promptly became a member of the Nigeria Fellowship of Evangelical Students (NIFES) Abraka chapter of the Delta State University Nigeria. He was very active in the fellowship and serve as the Assistant General Secretary and as a  member of the choir (The Grace singers).

In the summer of 1990, Charles with a group of friends formed the undergraduate Christian fellowship Ughelli Delta State, a forum where students from higher institutions of learning meet, pray and fellowship during college breaks. He was elected the first executive president.

In 1991, Charles was elected into the executive committee of NIFES to serve as the Assistant General Secretary, a position he held until he graduated in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Education. After his graduation, he he joined the Nigerian Youth service Corp, (1992-93). He was assigned to serve the nation, as a secondary school science teacher in Lokoja the capital of kogi State Nigeria. While Serving, he joined the Nigerian Christian Corper's fellowship ( NCCF) he was the fellowship's General Secretary and played an active role in the fellowship's evangelism outreach through out the state.

In 1994, he was blessed with a job as a Science Teacher with the Delta state board of education. He was posted to work at Agbarho grammar school Agbarho in Ughelli North local government, of Delta State.

At Agbarho, he joined the fellowship of Cornerstone Christian Church he became active in the churches’ youth fellowship. In 1995 he was appointed the youth fellowship prayer coordinator.

In 1996, he travelled to the United Kingdom for further educational studies, later that year he enrolled at the Birkbeck college of the University of London. He graduated with a Master degree in microbiology in 1998.

In 2005, he qualified as a Biomedical Scientist and has worked in a couple of Hospitals in London.

While in London he joined the Bible Faith Church. He later joined the Life Changing Centre Church.

In 2003, he was appointed to the position Evangelism Director of the Life Changing Centre Church, he also serve as a Bible Study teacher later as the Bible Study 

co-ordinator.

In 2009, he answered the call to ministry and by Divine Grace became the founder and president of the Harvest Outreach ministries.

The ministry officially became operational on the 10th of April 2010, as part of preparations for ministry,  he took courses in;  Sure Foundation, Excellence in ministry, Basic Evangelism and Discipleship Evangelism, from Charis Bible College, Colorado USA.  By the Grace of God, till date, he has authored eleven books and written twelve gospel tracts,  the ministry has reached thousands with the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, in England, and several other Countries.

Charles is married to Queen; who is also a minister of the Gospel, and they are blessed with two children Natasha and Marho.
